I took pictures for Roosbeef. Their new album is titled ‘Ze Willen Wel Je Hond Aaien Maar Niet Met Je Praten’ and will be coming out very soon on Excelsior Recordings.
+1 Magazine published six pages of photos that I took on tour with Getatchew Mekuria, The Ex & Friends in the United States. The issue also features a series by photographer Pat Graham, who spend many years on tour with Modest Mouse, Bikini Kill, The Make Up and Tortoise.

08-11-08. THE EX IN THE US
As part of my photo documentary about Getatchew Mekuria and The Ex I’m coming with them for a 12 day tour that will take us to Washington, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago and New York. The photos will be published in the Dutch newspaper Het Parool, Dutch musicmagazine FRET and the English magazine +1. VPRO’s 3Voor12 asked me to keep a diary on their site. They also did a quick interview with me.
04-04-08. CAESAR
Yesterday, Caeser played their final show in a sold out Melkweg in Amsterdam. Ofcourse it’s a good thing for a band to stop, and by doing that keep things creative, but I think they could’ve made some more great albums. The show was amazing. Take a look at the pictures I made for 3VOOR12.
01-15-08. NEWS UPDATE
The Ex and Getatchew Mekuria.
In the past months I’ve been following The Ex and Ethiopian saxophone player Getatchew Mekuria through Holland, Belgium and France to make a portrait of the way they work together. I hope to show a selection of these photos on different locations leter this year. The French filmmaker Stephane Jourdain also made a movie about this project. He used a few of my photos for the cover of the DVD. Check www.budamusique.com for more information.

A selection of 20 Feverdream photos is up on the wall in Rotown untill the end of January.
A Tale Of Two Devils.
I took photos of Voicst for the artwork of their new album! It’s in stores since January 11 and is called ‘A Tale Of Two Devils’. Check out their myspace for tour dates. The release party will be on January 19 in the Melkweg, Amsterdam. Also, the January issue of music magazine FRET contains an interview with the band and features my photos on the cover.
Eau de Vie.
The band Scram C Baby is working on a live CD which they recorded in Paradiso, Amsterdam. The album artwork features my photos from that show. Looks pretty cool I must say. The release party will be on February 9 in Bitterzoet, Amsterdam.
10-27-07. FEVERDREAM EXHIBITION
I’ve been taking photos of Feverdream since they released their 4th album You Are Happen!ng in September 2006. Coming January there will be an exhibition of those photos in Rotown, a concert venue in Rotterdam. Check back sometime soon for more details because there’s gonna be a party.

07-30-07. NEW WEBSITE
I have changed the looks of my website (again.) The galleries of bands I’ve been following around will be online within the next month. Untill that moment you can only see my new port folio and listen to some music from Voicst, Scram C Baby, C-Mon And Kypski and Feverdream. 04-22-07. MOTEL MOZAIQUE
On April 12, 13, 14 and 15 Motel Mozaique took place in Rotterdam. A festival where people could see art, theatre and live music from artists all over the world. 3voor12 had his own stage. Check out the photos I made for them.
04-20-07. NEWS UPDATE
The first part of 2007 was a lot of fun. I had a small exhibition on the Eurosonic Festival and a big exhibition at De Nieuwe Anita in Amsterdam wich was accompanied by accoustic performances from Voicst, Bettie Serveert, Soda P and The Pedro Delgados. Thanks for turning the party into a party!
I did an interview for VPRO’s 3Voor12 and I got my own photo column on Ondergrond.tv, a website from the newspaper Het Parool. They also did an interview with me.
