Subbacultcha! Published a beautiful poster book featuring all the photographers, illustrators, painters and designers they’ve worked with in recent years. Tonight there will be a launch party at Meneer De Wit, Amsterdam. An exhibition of the published work will be up all week. Party starts at 8 pm. Entrance’s free!

Last week I photographed Japandroids while in New York for CMJ. Photos will hopefully be published somewhere early next year, when they will be touring in Europe.
This has nothing to do with my nomination for the Popview Award, but I was asked to be in the jury for the ROB ACDA PHOTO AWARD 2010. This award is a competition where, according to their website, “young photographers can show their personal vision on music photography”. The organisation picked 4 young musicphotographers from which the jury will pick one winner in April 2010. I was happy to be invited since I consider myself quite young as well.
